Update on the conditions for opening research data

Supporting legal references, a new guide (in french) helps to assess the feasibility of opening up the data of a research project, taking into account contractual clauses and specific regulations that might apply. 

This resource is the first co-production of the INRAE Reference Centre and the DoRANum Resource Centre as part of the Recherche Data Gouv ecosystem. A PDF version is also available.
