Processing of personal data in the context of the Creation of an account in the Recherche Data Gouv repository

​Purpose
Your personal data is recorded in a computerized file. The controller of this data is INRAE ​​– 147 rue de l’Université - 75338 Paris Cedex 07 - France; Tel.: + 33 01 42 75 90 00. The purpose of collecting this data is to ensure the proper functioning of your user account and, by extension, the Recherche Data Gouv platform. This is within the framework of INRAE’s public interest mission for the Recherche Data Gouv project. The implementation of this purpose is carried out by INRAE’s Open Science Directorate (DipSO).

The processing is necessary for the execution of INRAE’s public interest mission in the context of the dissemination of scientific knowledge via the Recherche Data Gouv platform; the data may also be reused for scientific research purposes.

The account page is not referenced by the search engine of the Recherche Data Gouv platform.

Data collected
The categories of data that may be collected are:

  • Identity data, namely: Last name, First name
  • Professional data, namely email, affiliation, position, ORCiD author identifier


Recipients and transfer of data
The recipients of your data are the authorized personnel contributing to the implementation of the Recherche Data Gouv platform and the services offered there. These include members of the following organizations:

  • Equipe Recherche Data Gouv, DipSO and DSI INRAE ​​units
  • Members of the Platform Resource Center, INIST CNRS
  • Subcontractors: SMILE and Groupe Open


No data transfer outside the European Union is carried out. The data is stored in France.

This information will be kept, under the best conditions of security and confidentiality, for three years after the last connection to the user account. At the end of this period, the personal data collected will be permanently deleted.

Rights of access, modification and deletion
In accordance with the European Regulation on the protection of personal data and the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose for legitimate reasons, limit, and delete information concerning you.
