The “Discovery of the APIs of the Research Data Gouv repository” training, offered since September 2022, allows you to get started with how this tool works and learn its main functionalities.
In order to best meet the needs of the research community and following feedback from users, the Repository-Catalogue Resource Center is expanding its offering and now offers a brand new advanced training course for users wishing to go further:
“Using the Research Data Gouv repostitory APIs”.
This virtual class is designed like a workshop, which places practice at the heart of the training. It is accessible without registration for repository users who have:
- followed the Discovery of APIs class (see the virtual class agenda),
- installed the Insomnia API client
These two conditions must be met to participate in the workshop.
At the end of this two-hour virtual class, you will be able to use the repository APIs to:
- perform complex searches;
- upload and download data files;
- manage your datasets and collections (modifications and updates);
- extract indicators on the use of collections or datasets.
Support for corrected exercises will be provided to you to continue to deepen your knowledge as you practice.
