Practice data deposit using the sandbox
The sandbox is dedicated to carrying out tests to familiarize yourself with data deposit, curation or the administration of collections in the Recherche Data Gouv repository. Anyone with an account can publish datasets and collections in the Practical Work space. Note: data deposited in this sandbox will not be transferred to the Recherche Data Gouv repository.
Create a collection for the deposit and publication of data from your collective
It is possible to create a collection for a collective, in particular a unit or a project. These spaces can be created in an institutional space, a data space of a higher education or research institution. In the case of a UMR, the collection can be created in the institutional space of one of the supervising institutions after consulting the administrators of the other supervising institutions. The administrators of the Recherche Data Gouv repository are doing everything they can to ensure that the collection also appears in the spaces of the other UMR supervisory institutions. If none of the supervisory institutions of your unit has a space, you can request the creation of a collection in the generic data space of Recherche Data Gouv.
Deposit datasets in the generic space
If your institution does not yet have an institutional space in Recherche Data Gouv, you can still deposit datasets in the generic space, the curation of which is ensured by the Platform Resource Center.
