Link your data to your ANR project? Yes, it’s possible with Recherche Data Gouv!
It is now possible to automatically link your datasets deposited in Recherche Data Gouv to your ANR project. How? Follow the guide (in french) !
When submitting data to the Recherche Data Gouv repository, descriptive metadata must be entered to best contextualize the dataset: a title, an abstract, authors, but also the type of data or the date of publication. collection…
All this information is essential to understand what the dataset corresponds to: who produced it? What period? What is it made of? Can it be reused? How to use it?
In the context of data from research projects financed by grant, it is also important to provide the funding agency as well as the project identifier. This step allows you to link your data to this project, which allows traceability of the research products created during the project. An identical step is also necessary for submitting scientific publications to HAL.
Since January 2024, this step has been greatly facilitated thanks to automatic filling of the grant metadata, title and acronym of the project, as soon as the user enters the identifier of their ANR project.
A functionality which will undoubtedly save depositors valuable time and will make it possible to more precisely monitor datasets from projects financed by the ANR.
