Recherche Data Gouv is two years old!
Retrospective in images of the first 24 months of Recherche Data Gouv, the ecosystem made up of more than 350 players serving the sharing and opening of research data.
Two years ago, on July 8, 2022, Sylvie Retailleau, Minister of Higher Education and Research, at Paris Cité University, inaugurated Recherche Data Gouv.

At the same time, first meeting of the ecosystem, at the University Library of Languages and Civilizations, with Isabelle Blanc, Ministerial Administrator of Data, Algorithms and Codes. First discovery of the actors involved in the different modules, first wooclaps, first workshops together:
June 2023, the first steps of a new meeting format: a three-day biannual residential seminar. First iteration in Lyon.
The idea: Bring the ecosystem together around key subjects and questions, integrate newcomers, tackle together the challenges that arise in supporting researchers and provide answers.
December 2023, a seminar in Reims to better understand the outline of the resource centers, support modules for the entire ecosystem, whether for the daily management of the warehouse-catalogue, support for production plans, data management, training of support staff, production of educational resources, etc.
Over time, tailor-made meetings in small groups, between equivalent missions (e.g.: curators), inter-device (e.g.: Data Terra), between devices (e.g.: data workshops).
March 2024, virtual classes will be equipped with a new training subject in response to a need from data platform users: warehouse curation
Vous avez été nombreux à demander la création d’une classe virtuelle sur la pratique de la curation dans l’entrepôt :

June 2024, 150 members of the ecosystem met in Poitiers in a shared desire to communicate better together.
And throughout these months, member establishments celebrated their involvement in the ecosystem and organized numerous events around Recherche Data Gouv:
