Data from the retrospective and prospective study on the evolution of the cost of APCs for French institutions

The Open Science Monitor data: an enriched version describing 1,032,517 research articles (identified by their DOI) published by authors affiliated with French institutions between 2013 and 2020.

The main data file (folder /input) is an enriched version of the Open Science Monitor (OSB) data, describing 1,032,517 research articles (identified by their DOI) published by authors affiliated to French institutions between 2013 and 2020.

The enriched data covers the country of the corresponding authors, the OA colour corresponding to the article (gold, hybrid, diamond), whether an APC (article processing charges) was paid and if so, how much, and the presence of the journal in the Couperin agreements.

The secondary data files (folder /output) are the output values of the analyses and models of the study. French (2022-07-14)
