French Open Science Monitor - publications dataset

This dataset contains the publication data underlying the French Open Science Monitor.

The website https://frenchopensciencemonitor.esr.gouv.fr provides a graphic and synthetic overview of these publications.

This dataset lists scientific publications with a French affiliation and either a Crossref DOI either a HAL identifier. Doctoral theses are also listed.

For each publication, the dataset provides its metadata, information about its Open Access status (via the Unpaywall service), its disciplinary field, and information about the detection of mentions of datasets and software in the full text, as well as a large amount of open metadata.
