Université Paris-Saclay is composed of several institutions : AgroParisTech, CentraleSupélec, ENS Paris-Saclay, IOGS (Institut d’Optique Graduate School), associated universities Université d’Evry Val d’Essonne, Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, as well as five National Research Organisations : IHES (Institut des Hautes Etudes Scientifiques), INRAE (Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique), CEA (Commissariat à l’Énergie Atomique et aux Énergies Alternatives), INRIA (Institut National de Recherche en Sciences et Technologies du Numérique), ONERA (Office National d'Études et de Recherches Aérospatiales) and CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique).
Two disciplinary structures are also associated with the project: The MSH Paris-Saclay and DIM/PAMIR (Domaine de Recherche et d’Innovation Majeurs/Patrimoines Matériels – Innovation, Expérimentation, Résilience).

Perimeter/public concerned – beneficiaries: The workshop’s aim is to support all the scientific communities of Université Paris-Saclay, more specifically the researchers and doctoral students of the labs under the supervision or co-supervision of our partner institutions.
What we propose:
We currently accompany the scientific community within our territory for their research data management with several services listed below:
• Reception desk and support for the researchers: donnees-recherche@universite-paris-saclay.fr
• Raising awareness and support for the challenges of managing and opening up data
• Support for the European and ANR projects: from the response to the calls to writing/proofreading of the DMP
• Training of the doctoral students: interactive courses available online + development of a training course (initiation to research data, writing DMP, workshop on Data papers, discovering data repositories etc.)
• Support for the drafting of data papers
• Access to Lab SHS (access to the use of equipment)
• Training researchers about the existence and opportunities related to the EOSC
• Opening of an institutional space on ‘Recherche Data Gouv’, the French national repository
• Monitoring of the datasets produced and submitted by our researchers
• Workshop “Looking for data”: how to find, reuse and cite data
